The Shadow 2 by Voom

Voom’s patented Shadow enables immediate critical data access, investigative ease, evidence presentation and validation of findings. It works with any operating system, any software (even custom-designed). It allows the user to “operate” a suspect computer in its native environment in minutes. Use the Shadow in the field or lab. In the courtroom, present live, dynamic, comprehensible evidence (e.g., Mark Jensen trial, Feb., 2008). Works before FTK, EnCase or VMWare can; works when they can’t!

Court Case Update

FINGERPRINT EVIDENCE went through a nearly three-year ordeal in the New Hampshire court system, but eventually emerged unscathed. On April 4, 2008, the New Hampshire Supreme Court unanimously reversed the decision of a lower court to exclude expert testimony regarding fingerprint evidence in the case of The State of New Hampshire v. Richard Langill. The case has been remanded back to the Rockingham County Superior Court.
