Efficient, Affordable Evidence Management

The CyberLock system of electronic lock cylinders and programmable keys offers an efficient, easy-to-install solution for law enforcement agencies and crime labs that need to control and track access to evidence.

Simply replace the cylinder in the mechanical lock on the door to the evidence room or storage cabinet with a CyberLock electronic cylinder to control and audit traffic to physical evidence.

With CyberLock, you not only control what individual or individuals can access evidence, but what hours of the day they can do so. Most importantly, you will know who and when from the system’s audit reporting of activity.

CyberLock gives you firm control of overall access as each person's key can be programmed with the specific access permissions they need to do their job: what locks they can open, and when. Both the electronic key and lock record openings and exceptions, including unauthorized attempts to enter. This detailed audit reporting and email alerts increase accountability and can be valuable when a department needs to know who and when someone has accessed an area.

The system's electronic keys cannot be duplicated or copied at the local hardware store which literally erases the risks of unknown keys in circulation. If someone loses a key it can be quickly blocked from accessing any locks. Once installed, CyberLock eliminates the time and considerable expense of re-keying.
