The print and digital versions of Evidence Technology Magazine are provided free of charge to qualified subscribers in the United States; the digital version is provided free to all qualified subscribers outside the United States. By applying for a FREE subscription to Evidence Technology Magazine in print and online, you acknowledge that you are a qualified subscriber.

The publisher reserves the right to verify the qualification of all subscription applicants and may limit the number of copies distributed free of charge.

Your Privacy

Unlike other magazines, we do not sell your address or phone numbers to anyone. We will only use your address, phone number, fax number, and other demographic information provided on the subscription form for subscription-management and circulation-auditing purposes.

We will not give anyone your e-mail address, either. Your e-mail address will be used only for subscription-management and circulation-auditing purposes, and occasionally to make you aware of news, information, or special offers.

Court Case Update

FINGERPRINT EVIDENCE went through a nearly three-year ordeal in the New Hampshire court system, but eventually emerged unscathed. On April 4, 2008, the New Hampshire Supreme Court unanimously reversed the decision of a lower court to exclude expert testimony regarding fingerprint evidence in the case of The State of New Hampshire v. Richard Langill. The case has been remanded back to the Rockingham County Superior Court.
