How to Log in to Evidence Technology Magazine Online

If you already have a print subscription to Evidence Technology Magazine, we have already created your online account with a temporary username and password. Here are 5 quick steps to log in to our site for the first time:

1) Go to the ETM Online home page

2) Using the login fields in the upper right-hand corner of the home page, enter the following information:

Username: Your temporary Username is the 5-digit subscriber ID located on your mailing label of any recent issue of Evidence Technology Magazine

Password: Your temporary Password is the Zip Code printed on your mailing label. Be sure to enter the Zip Code exactly as it appears on the label, including the dash (if applicable)

Your subscriber ID can be found on the label of your magazine. It is seen below highlighted in red. The Zip Code is highlighted in purple.

Note: If we have your current e-mail address on file, this login information was sent to you in a recent e-mail with the subject line "Welcome to the NEW Evidence Technology Magazine Online!"

3) After entering the login information, click the "Login" button

4) You will now be directed to a page requesting you to "Edit Your Details". You may now enter a new username and password (if you so desire). Complete the rest of the form and then click the "Update" button at the bottom.

5) Return to the home page. You can now access all of the member-only content on EvidenceMagazine.com

AOL Users:

Some users have reported having trouble logging into the site using AOL . If you follow the steps above—or if you are a new subscriber and just created a new account—but still cannot log in properly, try this:

1) Minimize your AOL browser;

2) Open Firefox or Internet Explorer;

3) Use Firefox or Internet Explorer to access EvidenceMagazine.com and log in.

Still Having Trouble?

1) Enter your Username and Password;

2) Click the "Remember Me" box;

3) Click "Login".

Checking the Remember Me box will allow our website to continue to recognize you as a registered user, even if you are operating a computer on a secure network.
