Description: On April 11-13, 2018, the Illinois Association of Property and Evidence Managers (I.A.P.E.M.) will be hosting its annual educational training conference.At this year’s conference we are offering a 2 day Property Managment Course taught by nationally recognized instructor, Joseph T. Latta! Joseph is a retired Lieutenant from the City of Burbank Police Department and is the current President of Evidence Control Systems, Inc.
