The protocol, updated November 1, 2020, aims to help healthcare professionals in the field of forensic health care develop skills that are critical in the process of patient evaluation, evidence collection, and forensic documentation.

The protocol includes recommended photographic equipment, and a step-by-step guide to the photodocumentation of a sexual assault victim.

You can download the protocol here. Registration at the SDFI online store is required.
