New Resource Hub for Addressing Human Trafficking

January 19, 2021 — The Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS Office) has rolled out a new online resources hub, Addressing Human Trafficking. The site provides details on practices that law enforcement can use to address human trafficking, a crime that involves exploiting a person for labor, services, or commercial sex.

Currently, the site features the following resources:

• Child Sex Trafficking: A Training Series for Frontline Officers

• Combating Child Sex Trafficking: A Guide for Law Enforcement Leaders

• Exploitation of Trafficked Women

• COPS Office Training Portal — Human Trafficking Resources

• Collaborative Reform Initiative Technical Assistance Center

• Partnerships to Address Labor Trafficking

• Plus other resources on the subject from across various government offices.
