Webinar: Engaging Participants in Video Conferences

June 22, 2021 — The online meetings and conferences that proliferated due to need during 2020 are likely to remain a staple due to convenience in the years ahead. In a webinar presented by the Forensic Technology Center of Excellence on July 7, attendees will learn how to keep participants active and engaged during an online meeting.

The webinar, which is part of the ASCLD Train the Director Series, will help attendees familiarize themselves with the settings and tools within web-conferencing applications such as Zoom. Presenters will offer best practices for running a meeting or presentation, as well as tips and tricks for keeping participants' attention and ensuring they understand the presented material.

Other techniques for increasing engagement will be discussed, such as breakout rooms, chats, polling, and shared files.
